Who is Meredith Kelly?

You’re in the Right Place

Driven by a deep passion to help and forge meaningful connections with people, Meredith moved to Gainesville to attend The University of Florida where she earned her undergraduate and Doctorate degrees in Physical Therapy- and she never left! Early in her career, her passion led her down different path, and she ventured into sales, and eventually into the world of real estate. She then opened her brokerage's virtual branch office in Gainesville, forging her way into the local Real estate scene. The knowledge and skills that she acquired along her journey have a great impact on her career as a REALTOR®, and help her understand the perspectives of both buyers and sellers in the process of a real estate transaction.


The connections she has built within the community contribute to bringing her clients a VIP service. She has been a proud resident of Gainesville for 12 years where she lives with her husband and two dogs. She has no intention of leaving this incredible community she calls home.

Meredith is a proud Gator alumna and is dedicated to giving back to her local community. She is honored to serve on the Board of Directors of Grace Healthcare Services, a non-profit organization that helps provide healthcare services to our communities’ most vulnerable citizens. She also serves on the executive board of the Rotaract club of Gainesville and actively participates in the Young Professional Network through GACAR, the Gainesville-Alachua County Association of Realtors. Meredith offers both award-winning expertise and deep local connections.

Our Process

  • Initial Contact


    As a buyer, we will call to establish your desired home location, price range, financing plans, timeline, and home “wants” and “needs.” As a seller, we will discuss your timeline and expectations and set up a tour of the property you are considering selling.

  • Appointment


    Over a coffee or on Zoom, Meredith guides buyers through the home buying process in detail, refers them to a lender for pre-approval if needed, and sets-up an online home search of properties that meet their wants and needs. Meredith also meets with Sellers to tour their property, assist with recommendations to prepare their home for sale, offers advice on list price, and familiarizes them with the home selling process. Once the prospective buyer or seller is ready to take the next step, Meredith will walk them through an agreement for representation and answer any questions they may have.

  • Showings


    For prospective buyers, Meredith will work with them to find houses in their budget that fit their specified criteria. While some buyers may fall in love with the first house they look at, the vast majority will want to see many properties. Meredith never loses sight of the fact that for most buyers, their home is the single largest investment they will ever make. Whether you want to see five homes or twenty-five homes, Meredith will make sure you see as many properties as you need within your budget to feel comfortable submitting an offer.


    For prospective sellers, once they have reviewed Meredith’s comparative market analysis and taken the steps necessary to prepare the home for sale, then it’s time to list! Meredith makes herself available to prospective buyers that are unrepresented by a Realtor to see the property, host’s open houses to generate interest in the property, and markets each property online for the best possible results for her clients

  • Contract


    Once a buyer finds their perfect home, Meredith will explain the offer contract until they are comfortable and negotiate on behalf of the buyer.  When working with a seller, Meredith will present all offers made to the seller and assist them in choosing the one that best fits their needs.

  • Coordination


    Meredith assists in coordinating all service providers (up to 42 people!) involved in getting the buyer and seller from offer acceptance to the closing table on their timeline with the help of a deep network of trusted professionals.

  • Closing


    Meredith assists in coordinating your closing date and helps congratulate you on your new home or the sale of your property!

  • How Do You Determine the Listing Price for a Home?

    Realtors can create a Comparative Market Analysis (CMA) for you to assist in determining approximate home value. A CMA considers recently sold homes

    similar to the subject property in the last 6 months. The recommended price is impacted by local market conditions, including supply and demand, and a home’s condition or upgrades.
